# AS2: populate flash text fields with an html table

How can I use a ready made html table to populate flash dynamic textfileds? Is this possible in AS2, im more of an AS3 guy and this is a hand me down project?

its a basic html table structure:

\<table\>  
\<tr\>  
\<td\>\</\<td\>  
\</tr\>  
\</table\>

so theoretically I could use:

flight\_mc.airline\_str = flight\_xmlnode.firstChild.nodeValue;

to where flight\_xmlnode = table

right?

Any thoughts, all is helpfull,
