# as2 wheel hittest sound problem

I have had this problem for years now so if someone can help it would be great.  
Whats happening is I have pegs on a wheel and an arrow selecting the piece of the pie you are on and when the arrow hits the peg it plays a sound, the problem is it fires them off like a machine gun and is not consistent. I have attached the FLA.
