# AS3 - banner - masking effect - can someone help?

Hi All,

I really need to do a banner like [http://osc4.template-help.com/wt\_31190/header\_v8.swf](http://osc4.template-help.com/wt_31190/header_v8.swf) I tried decompiling the swf but it gives garbage AS3. Can someone please help me out? Basically I need the masking effect more than anything else.
