# as3 can't get main.swf stage.StageWidth from external swf ! u ve faced this !? Plea

1. A main stage called main.swf with a link

2. When clicked it loads (addchild) an external swf

\*\* In this external swf i need to know the the size of the main (stage.stageWidth) but it keeps giving me the width of the loaded swf not the main

Please do you know how to work around this ?
