# AS3 liquid sloshing in a container

Hi, am looking all over the net to find out how to create a effect for a preloader.

A container will be created which will have it slowly fill up with liquid sloshing inside it as the file loads and slowly fill till full at 100%.

Can anyone help to create that effect in AS3?
