# AS3 Radial cooldown animation

Hey everyone. I’m coding a game where I have a skill that has around 2 minutes of cooldown, so I’d like to have a neat cooldown animation like the one in World of Warcraft. But instead of getting an artist to draw one, and me having to put it on A LOT of frames, I was wondering, how it can be done by using AS3?  
The cooldown is a square kinda like rotating to a full shape.  
I’d really appreciate if anyone could help me with this.
