# AS3 to PHP. Can you offer any piece of advice?

Alright guys,

Is it possible for an AS3 SWF to communicate to PHP?

I have spent more than 3 days looking for a basic answer to this. It seems that using AMFPHP is not required and never mind how much benefit it has, all it does is complicate matters further in my case.

This is the sitauation id like:

SWF sends data to PHP  
PHP says thanks, this was successful or sorry, an error occursed  
SWF is notified of that response.

I really dont know where to look for such a basic example so any advice would be really welcome and incredibly helpful.
