# Attaching class to Movieclip

I am doing my first test making a AS3 class. I am linking the MovieClip to the class. However I am getting some errors. Can someone take a look and tell me what I am doing wrong?

Error 1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: MovieClip.
