Hi people,

I have 2 nested move clips in this order.
mc\_a (grand parent)
mc\_b (parent)
mc\_c (child)

- mc\_a has a linkage for export “a\_call”
(mc\_b and mc\_c are not turned on for linkage)

- mc\_b has an instance name “b\_inst”

- mc\_c has an instance name “c\_inst”

Now, I have a button on the stage. I am trying to load mc\_a on stage using the linkage, and trying to load an image that replaces c\_inst.

I am using:

on(release)
{
\_root.attachMovie(“a\_call”, “a\_called”, 1)
\_root.loadMovie(“image1.jpg”, \_root.a\_called.b\_inst.c\_inst)
}

But so far it only attaches the movie, doesn’t load the image.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.
