# AttachMovie with List Component?

I have a movie clip with the list component in it. When I place an instance of this movieclip on the stage I can add items to it. But when I dynamically attach this movie clip I cannot add any items to it. Why? Please see the attached the FLA file.

Also, is there any way to get rid of the scroll bar?
