Hello, I was looking for some advise on the most effective way to add music to a website. I know there are several ways but I’m looking for the best way to get optimum sound w/ minimum file size. Do I put the music on a seperate layer of the page I wanna hear it on, do I put it on a seperate .fla and use ‘load movie’ to access it? Do I put it in a movie clip, etc, etc. Ultimatly what I want to do, as far as background music, is what [www.xeofreestyle.com](http://www.xeofreestyle.com) did for thier music options. If anybody could help me please reference that site to get a better idea. Thanx in advance.

K

If you wanna get the best qulaity for your file size… And still make it extremely useful and functional for your movie… I would place the mp3 in an external .swf and then load it up dynamically with loadMovie…

There are also other ways to work with sound as well and here’s a pretty good tutorial for it. =)
