# Back button on flash timeline

I have a small flash site that is on the main timeline, so basically to view the pages i am using a “gotoAndPlay” command. I have a menu that contains these buttons, along with a back and previous button, my question is: Is there are way to go back to the previous section viewed with my back button not the previous frame? Is there a way to use flash Anchors, i have seen this done for the browser back button. Thank you so much, any help will be deeply appreciated.
