# Back from Portland, Oregon

This was like the best week of my life… Portland is an awesome place. I have a question for people who live there. What’s the average pay there? It’s kind of funny, because in Portland food is cheaper than where I live right now, and clothing is much much costly than where I live right now. I was in Nordstrom (the one in downtown on Broadway and Morrison), and my mom showed me a pair of shoes and they cost $510 or something, which I thought was too much! People also have to pay for parking there, so this is kind of confusing to me…

Anyways, in a nutshell, I went to Columbia River Gorge, Cannon Beach, and Mt. Hood. Great places, by the way!
