Hope your having a great day!  
Down to business now!!

Im sure everyone has seen the [NEAVE.com](http://NEAVE.com) site…  
with the great jello style border, and the great background color effect…

I bassically want to create a similer background effect,  
on rollover.

Where;  
when you rollover a menu item,  
the background color fades into the next background color,  
depending on which menu option u choose!!
