I’m putting my portfolio together for college and there’s this effect I’m trying to do, which is having clouds moving in the background of my images. There’s this website that I found that shows how I’d like it to look. Don’t laugh, but the website is [http://www.fox.com/oc/home.htm](http://www.fox.com/oc/home.htm). If you could tell me how to do that or something similar that would be great.
