I find myself with the opportunity to (potentially) create banner ads as part of a “cooperative” of creative services. As samples, I produced the following two pieces:

Feel free to critique the work itself. However, what I’m really looking for is guidance to knock back file size. “Snow” is a 72K swf and “Celebrities in Uniform” comes in at a whopping 284K. As samples, I’m not too worried about it, but going forward, working on projects for paying clients, I’d like to make them leaner.

Any advice? Thanks!
