# Banner that stays at top of browser window

Hi I was wondering how to make a flash banner or logo that stays at the top of the browser window as the person scrolls down. I was wondering if there is a way to accomplish this in actionscript. The effect can be seen here:

he just made a scroller that scrolls the text and not the banner
