Hey, I’m trying to develop an application in flash for the first time, so you’ll probably find me posting small questions bit by bit over the next few days. First thing which I couldn’t find the answer to on the forums: I want to be able to take the value/item selected from a drop down list, and then when the ‘add’ button is selected for that item to be added to a list. If anyone can tell me how to do this or point me in the right direction that would be great. Also, I want to be able to output the number of items in that list as a variable to be used in the program, but that would be a bonus if you can answer both 😉
