# Basic Form

Hi would someone mind posting a sample of a simple form that sends the data to an email address? All I need is a couple of text fields and a multi-line textfield. Thanks!

Click the search button and search for “php mail form” you will get quite a few answers. This question is asked a lot. I’m working on a tutorial, but that won’t be ready for a while…
