i used [browsershots.org](http://browsershots.org) to check the layout on Windows MSIE 5.x-7.0, and it completely ignores both the table centering AND the padding below each entry. wtf, mate? my CSS isn’t complicated or anything… anyone know why it ain’t working on IE Windows?
