# Beginner help please!

Hi.  
I have a cartoon character broken down into multiple layers and I need to resize and move the whole character keyframes and all. I can only seem to move objects on the one frame at once. Is there a way to be able to move and resize all layers and frames as one?

Thanks for any help on this.
