Hi All,

i´d like to know and hear about the best pratices to combine one flash app design and positioning components on the Stage versus to have their position fully set through Actionscript.

I´m building one app while the Designer is creating the Art, I´ve been creating the components dynamically and setting their positions “by hand” into the code, so when I receive the final art I´ll have to reset all the components coordinates and sizes again.

The first thing occurred me was to leave some mc´s, like small dots, positioned on the stage and use their position to ajuste the components position and size, so when the art arrives I´d lay it beneath the layer containing the dots and move them to adjust to the design.

Is it a good solution ? is there anything better ?

thanks in advance
