# Best blog CMS?

I’m going to be setting up a website soon with multiple blogs, and I’d like to know a good CMS for managing blogs. It must support multiple users and image uploading, and I’d like it to be lightweight, easily modifiable (HTML, mostly), and Python-powered. If there aren’t any well-established Python ones, PHP is my second choice. Thanks for the opinions!
