# Best Buy Laptop Warranty - No Lemon Policy?

So I have a three year warranty on my laptop that I paid about $2,600 USD for about a year and a half ago. I have already had to send it out for warranty twice and they have a lemon policy. So do they replace my computer with one of equal value when purchased or what. Their terms and conditions are \*\*\*\*ing confusing.
