# Best way to switch between streams

I am a limelight customer and I have two FLV files. Same content, just different bit rates. Essentially a high and low.

What is the best way to switch between the streams? In the past, I just store videoInstance.playheadTime in a variable and then when the stream loads I seek to that variable. I just want to know if their is a more efficient way. Thanks.
