APDesign: There are 2 types of battles, competitive and collaborative. The competitive has a selected theme, type of media, size, etc, and when everyone is done, it gets voted upon. The collaborative method however, is exactly how you stated. You start off with something, and take turns adding to it until you are done (some people set a certain amount of turns for each person). Unflux and I originally did this to show people that they don’t have to compete all the time, you can do collabs and create some neat stuff as well. ---

yeah, but you guys are passing off the image, in my version you would never see the other persons image, you both work completely independantly on the same image. ---

Then thats just a form of a competitive battle. You would just agree on the set of rules and the theme would be a photo manipulation of the agreed image. ---
