# Better wireless signal

Hey guys, I recently moved into a new apartment and my laptop on the desk gets almost perfect status. I also have a dell PC on the ground and i have a wireless card with the little black antenna. This got great signals from my other apartment and i was wondering if theres any tricks for better signal. Its outside of the desk area so its not closed in and i have it up on a stand to be up taller. If any of you have any tips or advice please let me know. Thanks!!

Nothing beats these bad boys for extending your network I just purchased [this](http://www.netgear.com/Products/PowerlineNetworking/PowerlineWirelessAccessPoints.aspx) and it works wonders I hooked up another wireless router and expanded my network even further
Awesome product highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their wireless network without too much work.

If it’s a NETGEAR device, I think they also have larger antennas available on their website which may get a stronger signal.
