I have a website [www.death-eater.net](http://www.death-eater.net)

Basically here goes. I want the website I have (well call it [de.net](http://de.net) for short) to be converted to vBulletin. So basically I want a full working forum conversion first (the usernames, posts, EVERYTHING has to be 110% without any glitches!)
Second I want a vBulletin Arcade mod placed, loads of games added
Then I want the welcome panel mod
Then I want a chat room mod on the site
Then this is another big thing, all the xmb themes, to be converted for vbulletin! Yes I know!
I also want the layout to be sort of like [www.cosforums.com](http://www.cosforums.com) from the top but you see where they have users online list, i want a users online list BUT

I want the online list to be small flash swf box thumbnails of users online avatars, and thus when they are clicked it goes to their profile, so a bit- sorry alot of flash and php hardcode coding there

And also anything else i feel adding later on

Post questions and offers, here, no emails yet please, just want to see if its possible

\*\*EDIT - JUST MAKING THIS MORE CLEAR, NO PMS NO EMAILS, I WANT POSTS HERE SO I CAN THE WHOLE COMMUNITYS VIEW ON QUOTES, THAT WAY IF SOMEONE IS SWINDLING A GOOD COMMUNITY MEMBER WILL NOTIFY ME. \*\*
