So today is Bill Gates last day (of on the job day to day operations). I found these to be rather funny and amusing.

People can say what they will about Microsoft, Windows and the ‘theft’ of DOS.
Bill Gates is and has always been a visionary that did incredible things for the home computer technology.
Nothing but respect for that guy from me.

Yeah that CES video made me like him a lot more. It’s just so nerdy. Can’t really imagine steve jobs doing something like that.

I was very pleasantly surprised when Engadget had a huge go-away post stravaganza for Bill…
and then very disappointed when all [Wired](http://www.wired.com/techbiz/people/news/2008/06/gates_monopoly)could do is pick at him…Wired lost a few points for their immaturity in that article. I mean, pick on Vista when your supposed to be saying goodbye is just…
Even though what Wired is \*\*\*\*\*ing about is true and all…IMO that’s the wrong article to \*\*\*\*\* about him in.
