how can i save a image to a jpg file? I mean, i read a tutorial about how take a screenshot of a video playing, now i want to save the screenshot to a jpg file, how can i do that?

Also, i see this site [http://jump-in.jp/imagepool.html](http://jump-in.jp/imagepool.html) and i whant to know how they can save a video from the webcam?
