# Bizarre image display problem

My website [(link)](http://67.199.119.117) has a pull-up menu. In Firefox 3, the right side of the blue section matches the page background, but in IE 8, the same section is slightly darker. The image in question is a gif.

What might be causing this issue, and how would I fix it?
