# Blinking!

Hey guys,

I was experimenting with actionscript as usual, and tried creating this ‘blink’ effect. Below is the idea:

**AScript to be used:**  
setInterval() & 1 blink function

**Objective:**  
I wan to achieve a white text blinking from white to yellow then back to white at an interval of every 2 seconds.

**My Script:**

- // making the press blink at regular interval\*  
function blink(){  
var colourful = new Color(‘press\_mc’);  
if(colourful.setRGB(0xffffff))  
{  
colourful.setRGB(0xfcff26);}  
else  
{colourful.setRGB(0xffffff);}

## setInterval (blink,1000);

But the thing is my script doesnt work !!!

Can someone pls assist ?
