# Blip when tweening, Is it just my computer?

This is ridiculous. All I have is a blue box tweening across the screen, nothing else, and it is having all these intermittent distortion _blips_ in the box as it tweens. Only 1% of my cpu is in use!  
Below is a link with a zip that has both the fla and swf. Could someone download it and tell me if it blips on your computer too? And if so, any idea why I don’t seem to be able to get a simple tween to work without getting distortion??
