# Block Sounds in Firefox?

Is there an extension for Firefox that allows you to block sounds on web pages? I like to listen to music while I’m browsing, but it gets really annoying when a web page starts playing its own music (escpecially when there is no off button).

An extension that creates a button that allows browser sounds to be played or not played would be ideal.
