# Boondocks Image Pan Actionscript

I was wondering if anyone here knows how to make the Boondocks site image pan with the image tilt, as seen when you go to the edge?

I`ve read the image panning tutorials and forum answers… but none that I can see cover the tilt aspect… any help would be greatly appreciated.
