# Border-bottom problems!

Ok, with my current CSS site, Im having trouble with the border-bottom tag, on the site [here](http://ericradio.no-ip.com/2site)  
When u see it in FF, the border on the Title pic and the footer pic doesnt show all the way across, and in IE it shows all the way, but the border is way off the pic.

Thanks if you all could look at it and see why it doesnt work?
