This may be an easy question but I’ve never been able to find a good solution for it.

I want to have a web page with a bottom frame that always sits at the bottom of the page, at a fixed size (like 20px high). This would be static throughout the website. I’ve tried unsuccessfully messing with frame layouts but always have problems with it. Is there a simple soultion for this?

Thanks for any help.
