# Brainfart idea for forum tool

Is it possible (either by existing plugin, or by hijacking a PHP nerd) to create a tool that allows members to mark a post/thread as spam? Much like you’d mark a thread for moderation.

Every time we log in, we’ll have a nice indicator, like our PM’s, that tell us new spam messages are available :beam:

Maybe combine it with a list view, much like the method I prefer to use when spotting a spammer. Click his name, choose see more post by user, get the list, mark all, move to combined thread in forbidden. Works like magic, saves a helluva lot of time. Now all we need is a system that members can use to collect spam posts in a single list.
