i have a flash movie clip for a sports website… a league standings movie clip to be exact… the excel spreadsheet has been programmed to automatically rank the team’s based off their win/ loss records with the winning percentage as well… i am looking to have it set up where i update the excel spreadsheet and the xml file will be updated accordingly and then i can ftp the xml file to replace the old one… what is the best way to do this…

i am using excel 2007 and flash cs3…
thanks
