# Budget problem :S

Hi. Currently i am negociating a website for a bar and one of the ideias is to have a flash chat system within the site itself. Given the fact that i am a graphic designer and not a programmer, can someone give me a clue in how much this means in terms of time and money ? It must be in euros because i am in europe 😛 !
