Hi,

Maybe not a typical AS3 post but I’m wondering what type of hardware I’d need to create full 3D environments in flash, with pre-rendered 1280 - 1024 png images loading in real time. There would be probably four overlapping each other and around 500 or more frames to be loaded - is this even possible?

I have created some code to pre-load images in the background whilst others are displaying which will cut down loading times, but I’m still not sure if that’s even enough processing power.

Am I looking at one hell of a graphics card or something in the future? 😛
