It’s a little late now, but basically new Blackberry phones are coming out in 3 weeks (full screen modern phones) with a brand new app store and RIM will guarantee you 10,000K if they approve your app with some predetermined guide lines, Air apps included.

I have been super busy lately but I did just submit an existing game for review, (I doubt it meets the UI guidelines for the 10K but its worth a shot)
