# Burning Multi-media projects

Hey gang!
This question refers to PowerPoint (or practically any other data-oriented + multi-media arrangement, for that matter I suspect) and cd burning.
I just created a multimedia presentation and would like to archive it to cd. Unfortunately, and something I’d suspected originally, I’m unable to save both the data and music files on the same disk. Any suggestions? :-\

do you mean in size ??? Then try using mp3s, or burning a DVD rom…

Size isn’t a problem. My CD-RW isn’t accepting both music AND data information on the same disk (at least with PowerPoint). However, I was able to save a FLASH multimedia presentation to the same disk ealier. Very strange.
Side note: The music format, for all the projects, has been MP3.

why not save your presentaion as an .exe? As it is going on a cd, that would be better anyway, surely?🙂

yes you can make a powerpoint presentation an exe try in the export tab or in the save as, as for saving multimedia and audio cds you can use a burning app like nero or any other burning app that supports mixed mode cds

if you are trying to create an Audio CD, with the extra Power Point on it, then you might want to create the audio CD first, and make sure that you leave the disc open for another chapter. (this option is available with easy cd creator 4) then, when the audio cd is burnt, add the power point to it, and test it out in a car stereo, as well as a computer to see how it works. hope this helps…

where is this export tab? If i goto to ‘save as’ what format should i use to make an exe? (‘save as .exe’ doesn’t seem to be an option)Im on PowerPoint2000 if thats any help.
