# But wait

I’m currently building a website using Flash. i was told it was a bit heavy on the load time and it was suggested that i build the site in HTML, and just import some Flashy, Flash-a-ma-jams. (Flash movies i.e. buttons, gallery, etc…)

…but wait, wouldn’t the load time be the same if i used HTML with all my flash elements. i mean, when i publish my movie, it’s exactly that…flash and HTML.

also, (bear with me) would i need to make every movie have a loader? (if i used Dreamweaver, that is)
