Anyone knows how to make a button for menu like website [http://www.newgency.com/site/index.cfm?section=01](http://www.newgency.com/site/index.cfm?section=01) or give any idea how?

The top menu syko 🙂

I thought the same thing…lol, then I noticed when I went to go to the X that there was a bar the followed the mouse over the top nav, but the dots under it moved.

It is a very cool effect, Not 100% sure how it is done though.

Sorry to confuse you guys. I meant the top menu bar with mouse over the dot moving.

OIH didn’t see that one! 🙂 sry!  
Pretty cool menu… no idea how it’s done… I guess I could figure out the movement of the …“thing” but I don’t know how the moving dots are created :-\
