# Button inside movie clip not functional

does anyone here know how to have a button work when it is inside  
a movie clip that has actions on it.  
for example …i have a movie symbol that has a ‘on rolloever…x-scale up to 150%…and then back down to 100 on rolloff.’ when i put a button inside this, that button loses its functionality.

any clues?

all help is greatly appreciated
