# Button mc's, how do you do onpress?

Hey i was just learning flash after giving up about a year ago on it so im back at it for another round.

I have a movie clip button setup that fades when you are in the over state and fades back but reversed when you rollout. But my question is how can i setup a onpress function so that it can go to a lets say url? I know its a gotoURL tag but it seems that when i click the button it resets the fading over animation.

i would like the button to continue doing the animations its set to do but also allow me to click it to load a url. Thanks and this is just 1 of many questions :p:
