# Button press not registering

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone could take a look at my movie, and tell me why this code is not firing:

```auto

this.selectRoute.presenter_btn.onRelease = function() {
    trace("pressing");
    ++i;
    this.gotoAndStop(pagesArray*);
};

```

I have checked the syntax many times, even doing it through the Target Dialog Box.

Any thoughts?
