Hi! Is there a tutorial here that would show me the basics of how to do the menu at this site:

When you click on the buttons, a little rectangle stays under the one you choose but not only that, the whole set of buttons changes colors, depending on which you click. Im figuring movie clips are involved in some ways, but i cant seem to figure it out on my own. Thanks for any help or input!!
