# Buttons inside movieclip

Hi all,

Got a little problem i can’t find the solution for and as it must be real simple i might as well ask here 😛

I’ve got several buttons contained inside a movieclip (menuclip\_mc). Next to that i’ve got a movieclip which i turned invisible (triggerclip\_mc) which functions as a trigger for menuclip\_mc.

menuclip\_mc is placed in a layer below the layer where triggerclip\_mc resides.

The problem is that by applying an onRollOver event to the triggerclip\_mc the buttons in menuclip\_mc don’t work anymore because apparently the rollover effect of the trigger takes priority.

Anyone have an idea how to solve this? Fla attached for reference.
